当社は本格的なデジタル デンティストリー時代に対応できる歯科技工所として2006年に開設いたしました。口腔内スキャナー（IOS）からの歯科補綴物作製にもいち早く対応し、独自のシステムも含め、インプラント埋入診断・サージカルガイドからプロビジョナル、デジタル3Dモデル、最終補綴物作製に至るまでワンストップでご提供しています。
CAD/CAMに特化し、インプラント症例含むフルデジタルの補綴治療にも積極的に携わっています。

スキャンした個別のSTLを簡単に出力したり、スキャン回数の調整が簡単にできるため、スピードや精度も自在にカスタマイズできます。このようにアプリケーションを自分好みに設定できる点が気に入っています。
スキャナーの購入を検討されている方へのアドバイスをお願い致します
スキャナーとデザインソフトだけで、補綴物の精度が決定するわけではないので、当社ではMillboxとDGSHAPE加工機、ジルコムを組み合わせることで、高い精度の補綴物を一貫して製作できるシステムを組んでいます。
一方で精密な補綴物を作るには高精度スキャンが不可欠です。フリーダムX5とexocadの組み合わせは、デジタル初級者から熟練の方まで幅広く対応できておすすめです。
Q. Please tell us about your main laboratory work and the key characteristics of your company.
Our laboratory was established in 2006 to meet the needs of the emerging era of full-scale digital dentistry. We were among the first laboratories to support the fabrication of dental prostheses from intraoral scanner data.
Using both established and proprietary systems, we provide a one-stop service covering implant-placement diagnostics, surgical guides, provisional restorations, digital 3D models, and definitive restorations. We specialize in CAD/CAM and are actively involved in fully digital prosthetic treatment, including implant cases.
Q. What is your impression of DENKEN-HIGHDENTAL?
DENKEN-HIGHDENTAL is a reliable partner that strongly supports a smooth transition to digital dental technology. From the perspective of our production team at Dental Digital Operation, its products and services make a significant contribution to improving both daily efficiency and quality.

Q. Why did you choose Freedom X5?
When the scanner we had been using failed, we began looking for a scanner capable of providing higher accuracy. Before purchasing, we viewed demonstrations of several scanners. Of those systems, Freedom X5 provided the best reproduction of margins and abutment teeth, which led us to select it.
Q. How has your experience been after using it?
Individual scanned STL files can be exported easily, and the number of scans can be adjusted without difficulty. This allows us to customize the balance between speed and accuracy. I particularly like the ability to configure the application according to our own preferences.
Q. What advice would you give to those considering purchasing a scanner?
The accuracy of a restoration is not determined by the scanner and design software alone. At our laboratory, we combine MillBox, DGSHAPE milling machines, and Zircom to create an integrated system that enables us to produce consistently accurate restorations.
At the same time, highly accurate scanning is essential for producing precision restorations. I recommend the combination of Freedom X5 and exocad because it can accommodate a wide range of users, from those new to digital dentistry to highly experienced professionals.
