特長

■ Excellent Casting Performance
The advanced induction heating system enables dense, high-quality castings with minimal porosity. Since the alloy is melted without the use of a gas flame, gas absorption is significantly reduced. Furthermore, the chamber-inversion casting method minimizes the risk of oxide film contamination.
In addition, the vacuum-pressure casting system provides casting pressure up to 0.45 MPa, which is substantially higher than conventional centrifugal casting systems (approximately 0.1 MPa). The maintained pressure helps reduce shrinkage porosity and enables precise reproduction of intricate casting details.

Suitable for a variety of dental applications, including inlays, crowns, implant frameworks, and dentures.
Compatible with a wide range of dental alloys, from precious and semi-precious alloys to non-precious alloys (excluding titanium alloys).
